All rivers are must for the issue which you are facing. Once you are clear with all the installation. Open the yahoo messenger or any other messenger which supports video chat and try to activate the video option if you see the video. BINGO for it. if not then there is a hardware malfunction in your system. Need to get it checked.

Can my laptop's cam take a normal photo?

May laptop's cams are for video chating. And cnt take better normal photo. It also depends on quality & clarity of camera.

My samsung n150 plus will not connect to the internet,it has a red x in the bottom right hand side where it lets u know if u have service.i have 2 computers and the other one works fine..

it looks like you have closed the wireless connection.
You can enabled it by pressing fn + f9 button.

Here is the numlock for N150:

Kindly press FN + F11, you will see F11 have a picture of a lock with a number inside.

The following function key was found in the user manual for N150 under samsung website:

I dont know where the wireless button is on my samsung n150 plus so i can switch it on

- to turn on/off the wireless you need to hold down FN then press the F9 button. as long as the wireless card driver is loaded in the computer it should enable the wireless.
