Question about Nokia 3230
Make sure you have the latest available software for your Nokia; The software for your model should be available on Nokias website. If your software is up to date then it may be necessary to reset the phone. Try a soft reset first by pushing *7780# and entering the default code 12345. If this does not solve the problem a hard reset may be possible which will wipe all of your date off of the phone. Take the battery out of the phone and wait about ten minutes. Replace the battery cut the phone on and type *37370# this will hard reset the phone. Remember you will loose all data.
hope i was able to help
