Code ten means there was some kind of hardware error that prevents windows from loading the driver.
If it is a USB Wireless device, make sure you are not using a hub. Plug it into a full power USB port.
Try a different port. If it is a built in card, such as PCI or MPCI-E, you will likely need to replace the device. Sometimes you can get a code ten from lack of resources. Try dissabling some hardware you do not need in the device manager. Items such as serial ports etc. (Anything you don't use)
