Download. The free apparently called ringdroid and take the songs from your memory card and change them to the length u want it and click save. There u have the option to save it as a ringtone, notification, or a alarm. And there u go

Press the home key press the menu key tap on settings tap on sound and display tap on sd card notification this will allow you to change the notification tone to sounds on your sd card hope this helps
