what is the problem you got from that?is your computer can not turn on?

Motherboard problem

I would suggest buying a cheap Graphics Card, You will have more control over the graphics output and the system memory will increase. By using the onboard graphics you are eating into the System RAM and if you have only the minimum system Ram then your system will be slow.

My lenovo t400 has screen flickering when ever i on the laptop flickers continously booting stops left side some part of screen goes light blue

Sounds like a problem with the video adapter chip. The chip might be either defective or experiencing bad connection with the motherboard. In order to fix this problem, you will need to disassemble the notebook, pull out the motherboard & inspect the video chip & its connection points to the motherboard. If the video chip is defective, you might have to replace the motherboard.

The ribbon-cable connecting to the motherboard is "backward".
Swap the cable end-for-end, and reconnect it to the motherboard.

Amber light flicks once or twice no sound from fan or anything? What do we need to do

If the power button is a solid amber it is likely a motherboard due to a failed capacitor (Check the capacitors on the motherboard see if any tops are bulging)
If flashing amber, most likely a failed power supply

Comp won't start

Your MotherBoard has 2 LEDs in the lower right corner, each designating a power condition. They are labeled LED14 and LED21. LED14 lights when there is a power source connected. If this is the one blinking it likely indicates a failed power supply. If you have an alternate power supply available that is comparable in power supply capabilities I would try that. LED21 lights when the system is powered on. Replace the power supply.
