The only reason for this is that you are typing the wrong password. It might have been changed. Just use the forget password link and make sure you can open the email associated with that facebook account because the system will email you the link to change your password to that account.

I would like to log in to my Facebook account

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

Step 1:
Deactivate Your Facebook Account b> There may come a time when you need to deactivate your Facebook account. Fortunately, as with most of the social utility Web sites, closing your account with Facebook is easy. And if you change you mind, you can always return to Facebook with a simple reactivation process.

Access the Facebook home page and log in using the email address and password you originally registered with (see Below). Sign into Facebook and navigate to the "Delete My Account" page (See Below) https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account If you've forgotten you password, click on "Log in" and follow the link to reset your password. Head to the "My Account" page using the link from the menu. Follow the "Click Here" link under the Deactivate Account section. You will be taken to a short form to fill out before you close your account. Tell Facebook why you're leaving. Select the radio button next to the reason for deactivating your account. There is also space to write other comments. Opt in or out of Facebook emails. Even if you account is deactivated, your friends can still invite you to events or ask you to join groups. Reactivate a Deleted Facebook Account Head to the Facebook Web site to reactivate your account. Log in to Facebook as if you'd never left. Use your original email address and password. Cant access my facebook account because email address o longer exists

Be forewarned: If you only have one email address associated with your account, losing access to your email could mean losing access to your Facebook. You can still access your account by using your email address and password. Also, you can find a lost password by mobile phone if you assigned one. If you forgot your password or email address, you can do the following:
From Facebook:
"If you registered a username, try logging in using your username and password. A username is your personalized Facebook URL (web address) and appears in the location bar of your browser after "http://www.facebook.com/" when you view your profile. After logging in, visit the Settings tab on the Account page to locate the email address you use to log in."OR "Ask one of your Facebook friends to view your profile and send you the email address listed on your account. To do this, ask your friend to click on the "Info" tab on your Profile page and scroll down to 'Contact Information.'"
