Try playing the disc in Windows Media Player. That should prompt if there is an issue with a missing codec and let you download one (it should send you the link).
If that doesn't work you could try using the update feature to see if there is a new version of the Cyberlink software (depending on the version they may try to charge for an update).
You can also download a third party codec pack or video converter tool that comes with codecs so they are installed on your system. I'd recommend one from: http://download.cnet.com/Media-Player-Codec-Pack/3000-13632_4-10749065.html?tag=mncol;2
If none of this helps, please explain what error you're getting, your windows and Cyberlink versions, and what the disc is. Thanks.
