My phone wont turn on HELP ? like it turns on and it comes up GT 15800 SAMSUNG like it normally does but then it will go off straight afterward PLEASE HELP !

Most likely due to a failing or shorted battery, when bad can affectphone even when charging, phone will switch off to protect from overheating, to check, try a battery from a similar phone, friend?, phone repair shop?, if it works ok, get a new battery, hope this helps.
