Ah the click of death.
It sounds like your refrigerator is dying. The click is generated by a Klickson. This device is designed to protect the compressor motor from burning out and usually is heard when the compressor wants to start again.
There are many reasons for this but two chief reasons are;
# the fridge is trying to start too soon after it has cycled off. The fridge should stop for about 20 minutes before starting again
# The compressor is old and tired and the amp draw is too high on start up. It may "click" a couple of times before it starts but very soon it will not start at all

When I use camera in vr option I hear when I shooting in the end of shooting a litle clikc in camera and the screen pictures a little jumping on the it a normal or not. When I switch off vr...

The Vibration reduction system does move components inside the lens. If it makes a lot of noise you are better off turning it off and using a tripod. The VR system will move lens components to counteract your motion. The steadier you hold it (camera and lens) the less noise. On small Coolpix cameras the sensor is moved to counteract the vibration while it is hand held.

My 1990 eagle talon is getting fuel to the injectors but there is no fuel spraying out of the injectors

well it sounds like you either have bad or clogged fuel injectors or your fuel system doesn't have enough pressure. you may have a leak in the line or your fuel pump is going bad.
