You might have an issue with the trackpad driver. Try connecting an external mouse if you have one, and then go to Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs and then try to find the touchpad/trackpad driver. It might have "Synaptic" or "Elantech" in it's name. Then, click on it and select "Uninstall". Then, go here: and click on Download->TouchPad and download and install the "ElanTech TouchPad Driver". Then, reboot your computer, unplug your external mouse, and hopefully it should work.

Weird. Make sure that there is nothing else on the screen it wants you to select. Sometimes they are not so obvious.
If not, hold the power button down until the computer shuts off and restarts, but like I said, make sure there is nothing else on the screen that it may want you to select.
Hope this helps.

When I'm in the process of typing emails, sometimes the message just disappears; sometimes the cursor jumps to another area of the message and sometimes the cursor disappears! Any solution to this? I got...

Most of the time you can recover the message by hitting ctrl + z. the curser diapering may be a software glitch or a setting somewhere, and I do not have an explanation for the curser moving by its self except maybe accidently touching the sensor with your wrist, they use the heat from the part of your body that touches them so it is very easy to accidently touch it and not realize.

Wireless mouse curser does not move new batteries installed

If the mouse totally stop working like left/right click, moving, etc then i suggest replace the battery of your mouse and try. If the same result then again install the driver & restart the netbook.
Thanks waiting for your feedback.
