Sure, which ever accessory you are trying to use with your iPhone is not compatible. As Apple releases new products, many of their older accessories become not compatible with the new models. Sadly, you will most likely have to replace your old accessory so it works on this version of the iPhone.

This accessory is not optimized for this Iphone keeps popping up

You must be using an accessory that is not an official Apple accessory. Just dismiss the pop-up and continue using it if it functions properly.

I have a message that keeps appearing on screen saying, "This accessory is not optimized for this iphone". It then goes on to say "you may experience noise caused by celular interference,...

If it is appearing when you connect to a 3rd party charger then that is expected. If it's happening randomly you need to restore the iPhone with iTunes. Should that not fix the problem then you will want to have the iPhone replaced if there is any warranty left on it.

3g i phone, giving the message, accessory is not optimized for this phone.

You het this message when you use non-Apple accessories. Dont worry about it. The most products made for iPhone works just as good as the ones made by Apple :)

Replace your dock connector board. If you have water damage, then clean your circuit board with isopropyl alcohol. Of course, you should talk to the genius bar first.

Accessory not optimized with iPhone error message

This actually is not an error. It is just that the accessory your using is really not 100% compatible with the iPhone. But despite that fact, you may still use it for some functions like playing music.

My fully charged 3g Iphone in the Bose Sounddock it keeps poppin

Try putting your iPhone into "Airplaine" mode. It's possible that the radio frequencies from your phone are interfearing with the speakers in your sound dock.
