Hi.
This sounds like an abobe flash player setting issue.
Try this

Go to like youtube, and open a video, any video.

Start it, then pause it.

Now, right click on the video, and select global settings.

This will open a new webpage, it is your computers personal settings page, select global storage settings

Now, in the settings box that pops up, move the slider all the way to the right, and place a check mark in both the boxes.
Do NOT place a checkmark in the box where is says " never ask again ".
Sometimes, it is the third party items that can make a computer crash if they aren't stored on the machine.

I found this to work for several people.

I hope that it works for you as well, and good luck !

Im guessing XP and if you have the CD do whats called a repair install. Choose the upgrade option then install it, this will not harm any of your programs at all you will just have to do all the windows updates when its finished. Cheers and please vote

While playing farmville on facebook every time i try too harvest or plant crops or anything like that my game keeps freezing up and i have to log out and back in but it just keeps happening and i just got...

Well I think farmville is a flash or java based game. Make sure you have the latest updates for both those programs.
Also what browser are you using? Try Firefox or google chrome. One of the above will fix it I am pretty sure.

My Facebook chat window freezes up when someone responds to me

Try Using Different Browsers other then IE explorer 8 or below, they have problems working with new chat windows and stuff that it don't really recognize. For instance try firefox, opera, google chrome, safari 4

One of these would have to work with facebook, if not make sure you have enough RAM space to even run anything other then browser sometimes a slow machine can just freeze from working it self to hard.
