Question about Acer Aspire 3680 Laptop
Save anything important to a disk or usb drive. restart your computer and press alt f-10, it will start the system restore process to reset your computer to factory settings...erasing whatever viruses you have. although im guessing you were told this by a anti-virus software company that loaded itself onto your computer and wants you to buy their software to get rid of the viruses..its a scam..they put the viruses there in the first place. once you reset your comp, you can go to cnet.com and download avg antivirus free edition. that should take care of those kinds of things.
