Question about Garden
I can think of a couple of things that can cause this problem.
First, it might not be that the fuel isn't getting to the carb, it could be that the float is stuck in the little bowl under the carb.
Another thing could be dirt has clogged the needle valve's pathway, not allowing it to operate properly.
If this is the first time you are trying to use it this year, then that could be your problem.
Another thing, if the tiller has sat for awhile, sometimes the fuel will turn into a gummy like substance in the carb, this can happen if the carb bowl was full of fuel when it was put away last time.
The needle valve has a small spring assembly associated with it, it could be the spring has dirt in it, not allowing it to travel like it should.
A complete disassemble and cleaning of each and every passage, opening, valve, jet, and pathway might just get you going again, just remember to write out the order that you take it apart, that way all you have to do is go backwards on the steps to put it back together again.
I hope this helps you out, and good luck !
