Need more information:
1. Are you sure the monitor is plugged into power?
2. Are you sure the monitor VGA cable is connected to the computer completely?
3. Is there an indicator on the monitor (a light).
4. When did it stop working? What changed?
Sometimes the power cord in the back or bottom of the monitor comes loose. Ensure all wires are securely connected.

My lg monitor always turns off and says "ANALOG SAVING MODE" and my cpu turns off too i dont know if the problem is on the cpu or monitor

The CPU should not turn itself off, it should run without the monitor attached, you can try reseating all the cards and memories, blow out the dust built up inside the box and the power supply. Please post back what you find.

Monitor cuts off

This could be the result of a few different things. If you haven't checked, click start, control panel, performance and maintenance, and power options. In this box, there should be numerous setting possibly pertaining to your specific problem. Also, ensure your cpu fan is running. A failed cpu fan will make your monitor turn off. Additionally you will have to make sure your power supply isn't bad. The easy fix is the first of the issues though.

This is most likely not a problem with the monitor but rather a problem with the computer. do you hear the fans running in the computer? If so then the Power Supply seems to be working which would leave the most likely things are CPU or motherboard and the only way to determine which one it is would be to try the CPU on a different motherboard or try a different CPU in that motherboard.

If the fans do not run then the problem is most likely the Power Supply. The biggest problem here is that although what I have outlined is the most likely problems there are other things that could cause this and whether the fans are running or not it could still be the CPU motherboard or Power Supply. If you can I would check the voltages from the Power Supply or at least get a power supply tester to see what that shows and work from there.
