Heating element stays on, even at fluff air no heat setting. Replaced high limit thermostst and thermistor Air flow good

If your heating element is grounded (wire burnt in half and is touching metal) the heat will stay on forever, even in air fluff. This is your most likely problem.

I cleaned out the dryer vent, heat still not working. i see the thermostat, part#3390291 is corroded, could that cause the heat to not work or could it be the fuse?

Disconnect wires from thermal sensors, Test with a meter.
There should be one or two sensors.
If the vent was built up with lint, you may have blown them.
Always replace all together

heating element is probably open or the over temp thermostst is open. should be easy to fix, just look at the heating element to see if it's broken.
