I understand that the DVD got stuck in the laptop. Please go to My Computer icon on the desktop screen and right click on the DVD drive and select 'Eject'.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. Please revert back for any more assistance on the same.

How to remove a dvd stuck in the dvd player in a gmc 2004 envoy

Most DVD players have a tiny hole on the front to mechanically push the internals to eject stuck DVDs. If the player does light up, sometime a thump with your fist is enough to jolt the mechanism. Failing that, you have to remove the player to get the DVD out.

My DVD Player does not reject a DVD. It gets stuck.

I had been closing the door at the DVD slot manually. I found that if I closed the DVD door with the close button, and then opened it with the open button, it no longer got stuck.
