Dishwasher not draining

Most likely there is some blockage in the drain filter or the drain hose. I am assuming you are able to hear the drain pump operate at the right time in the wash cycle.

The parts involved are shown in this diagram.

Water has started pouring out from under my washer

Hello, you've indicated this problem only arrises during the rinse cycle, is that correct ? The leak doesn't occur during the wash cycle initial fill level ? I want to distinguish the difference because there has been a repair tip issued by whirlpool for the duet and sport washer's. This may be applicable to your machine. If it is indeed only during the rinse, the problem is within the door assembly. Specifically the glass and it's "seat" to the frame. Let me know, I'll watch for your reply. macmarkus :)

My Whirlpool washer LSQ9500LQ0 would not spin correctly, it would slip and you could smell a burning smell. Empty if you manually spun the tub it would slowly pick up on its own and then work. With this...

The old clutch assembly sounds like it was bad. Yes, it does sound like something got put back together wrong. Most likely, the beige plastic "finger" on the spin tube is in the wrong place when you reassembled the unit. Unfortunately, this means totally disassembling the unit again. BEFORE you tear the unit down again, see if the timer is pausing after it is done agitating and before it goes to spin. If it doesn't, it could be a timer. Hope this helps!

Washer makes loud clunk as it goes around. tub feels very loose. front load Gallery. I thought something in between tub and shroud but nothing. I think tub is loose.

it sounds like you have a broken spinner assembly,
this is the unit that connects your innur tub to you center shaft seal,,,,
it can be replaced and repaired by you no special tools but the cost could be quite extensive....
an outer tub and spinner is an absolute minimum and there are parts to inspect as you take it apart
do you need both halves of the outer tub would be the biggest one
unless this machine is less than just a few years I would just not bother putting the money into it
its well past cost effective 500.00 for the two parts ive mentioned

UC code on my Maytag Neptune Washer FAV6800WW

HI. this uc code represents a no spin state of the unit. this is caused by a faulty Motor control assembly. you will need to replace the Motor control assembly. this will fix this issue and, restore the normal actions of the unit.

This Motor control assembly will cost about $219.00.

Maytag stack unit Model LSE7806ACE leaks

It is most likely the tub seal. Take the two phillips head screws out of the front cover located low on the cover lift forward and remove. Set the machine two low level and fill with water only no soap or clothes when unit starts agitating look at the bottom center of the clothes tub if water is leaking here then you will need to replace the tub seal and tub bearing assembly.

Washer sparks at outlet then gets no power

heres what i think is the issue. sounds as if you have something lodged in hte pump assembly. to correct this unplug the unit, and while standing in front of unit leant in over to the left side. scoop out as much wateras possible.the bottom ofthe unit is open and youll findthe drain pump in the back bottom of right side of tub.after removing as much water as possible, remove the pump hose from the tub and the pump will release with (3) 5/16" screws. almost sure that you will find something in that pump!!!

Dishwasher ''soft drop door'' mechanism came apart - door now drops

I had a similar issue as described by mc1bean. One day my Jenair dishwasher door just fell down. The right side spring was fine. The left side spring was still hooked into the door hinge but the cable was laying on the floor in 2 pieces. Over time it wore down and broke. I ordered just the soft drop cable. Now I could not find any installation instructions how to install the soft drop cable. After a few tries I think I got it right. Here are the instructions for hooking up the right side spring with the cable. The spring has to be hooked into the door hinge at the notch closer to the door. The end of the cable with the hook has to be hooked into the other side of the spring. The cable should lead from the bottom around the pulley up to the door hinge again. Now the other end of the cable has to be hung into the door hinge on the notch further away from the door. There is some slack, but it is not quite enough for the cable to get over the pulley when in rest position and undo itself.
I hope this helps others who have the same issue.
