Well the phone will not be accepted under one year warranty because it was damaged by the consumer (not a factory malfunction). Usually the only thing you will be able to do is file an insurance claim through your provider (if you chose to take insurance on the device when you bought it). The next step would be to take it to a store in your area with a technician or go to the store and buy a phone used or just outright. Depending on what carrier you have sometimes (like with at & t) phones you can take your sim card out and just pop it into any other At & T phone to use until your contract is eligible to renew.
