Reinstalling the driver as you suggest

Should I uninstall the present software, then reinstall same version as I already have, or reinstall over existing version?

You should always uninstall the software first if you are having software issues as a file may be corrupted and they do not always overwrite.

First try uninstalling the drivers and ALL THE SOFTWARE that came with it, THEN, go to the website and download the latest software and drivers and install them and try again. good luck. NOTE AFTER YOU UNINSTALL THE SOFTWARE MAKE SURE THAT YOU REBOOT EVERYTHING.

I replaced the ink cartridge, put it does not print. I tried to get it to align, but it does not accept the command.


1. Try reinstalling the driver after uninstalling the present driver.
2. On the installed printer driver, right click and check whether the printer is on line or off line, Make sure that it displays "Use Printer Offline" that means that the printer is already online.
3. Now give a print and check.
4. try reconnecting usb cable or replacing.

I cannot install my printer disc


check the version of operating system on your pc and the version mentioned on the disc .Try uninstalling the driver from program and features and then try reinstalling it and if it does not get installed or the version does not match ... go the manufacturers website and put in your printer model name and you will find the option to download driver software ... download it and then install it .....

During installation, device is not detected error appears. tried uninstalling software, unplugging cables, restarting, reinstalling, then plugging cables in. did not work. Windows XP o/s. already checked...


is it wireless or usb, if it usb, dont connect the usb cable. on the installation window where it asks for the usb cable, chek mark on the option connect printer later and continue with the installation

All the setting pages have changed language


My guess is that you have a language specific version of the driver that does not contain the English language files.

I suggest getting the latest driver version from Epson and then uninstall the old version before installing the newest.

If this still doesn't work, contact Epson...

You need to update your Kodak Easy Share and your printer drivers or try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers .

The reason you are facing the problem is because the present drivers are not compatible with Publisher

delay is normally caused due to fault with the driver or software.try uninstalling the driver and software and reinstalling them.

have you tried reinstalling the software? If that does not work, I would suggest uninstalling the printer and then reinstalling it. You might just need a fresh start.

I assume all hardware connections are fine, and any lose cable connections are already checked then......

1)Send a test page to the printer Open up the print jobs, and try deleting all jobs (click on the printer from printer and faxes under control panel, delete all print jobs, Still in this window click printer and uncheck the print offline, does this help?) if not then

2)Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver and then try printing a test page.

3)Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software and driver and then try printing a test page.

If nothing works then:
-Uninstall all printer software, driver unplug and reseat an original hp cartridge and go this link install software and driver and follow instructions on how to install the drivers, at the end click the check button to see if driver is fine. Now you should be able to print.
