Question about Electrolux Guardian Bagged Canister Vacuum
My guess is that hair, threads, and/or similar long fine fibers have gotten wrapped around the ends of the brush near where the bearings are. The PN may need to be disassembled to remove them. Be aware that if the vacuum is less than 5 years old, disassembly by anyone other than an authorized service tech will void the remaining warranty.
My recommendation is to take it to an authorized Aerus Electrolux store and let the tech perform a free service check. He/she can let you know what the problem is and for a nominal charge, probably repair it on the spot.
