If you can no longer read your label you will need to go purchase a new copy to get this resolved. Manufacturers do not track these numbers so they will not be able to tell you what you had. Once you have bought a matching copy of windows you just need to type in the key. Be aware that they no longer sell windows XP so you will need to already be running windows 7. If not you will have to upgrade or reinstall the operating system.
