I have a small new Philips Music system which plays CD as well as FM. It is brought from Poland with a guarantee last month. The problem is that CD'S get stuck after about 25 minutes of playing. ...

Did you get a small piece of single wire with the system. That's the FM antenna. Connect that at the back of the music system labeled FM Ant: and it should solve your problem. Just check in the auto tune mode does the radio stop at the station number correctly and if the stereo indicator light up.

When the player gets stuck, if you put another CD will it play the new CD play for 25 minutes ?. If so try playing the last track of a CD after a cold start. It it does not play the last track on a cold start , you have some physical blockage/damage on the lens rail after half position.

How can i fix the tuning cord for a harley davidson am fm stereo radio that slipped off track

You will have to take the top of the stereo off and the cord will run between two pulley type rollers. You will see exactly where it goes back on if it is not broken.

I recently bought a JVC KD-R311 car stereo, its a great stereo but my settings dont save, for instance i set the perfect sound adjusting bass/treb/mid/loudness and whenever i turn my car back on after...

You need to have the yellow wire from the stereo connected to constant battery/12 volts. That wire supplies power for the memory, if it is connected to ignition power, when you turn off the car, the power for the memory is off also.

Clock set

To set the time press and hold the select button in the centre of the volume dial until the word demo appears on the screen. From here you can change the time by pressing the next track >>I button to select clock h. Use the use the volume dial to select the hour. Use the next track button >>I to select clock m and use volume dial to set the minute. This same procedure can be used to change the dimmer on/off, demo on/off and the amp gain. Have a play around. Hope thjis helped.
