You need to do a Hard Reset. This will remove all information you have put in your phone and all apps you've downloaded to it.
This is used to restore your phone to the default settings as it leaves the factory.
Use the up/down key to select the options of "Restore to factory settings" and then click
the left/right functional key on the bottom left side of the screen. Enter the correct phone
lock code as instructed (default password is 1122). Reboot your phone after completion as
