Hello there firstly check that there is current without connecting it to radio you can do this with multimetre ! if you are getting 13.8v at the connector ,it rules out power problem .... secondly check fuse at back of radio it might look ok but for the sake of it replace with new one a 5amp fuse will suffice this ,i hope ive helped you in someway ,goodluck
