I have the same problem, heating unit will not ignite, it trips out, i go into the roof cavity and remove the top of the unit (4 screws) and there is a motherboard, it has a Green light flashing what tells you the type of fault it has, mine has 3 Flashes telling me it a combustion air pressure system failure, ithen push the reset switch and it starts to initiate, a red light comes on and then it ignites and it will work for about 30 minutes to an hour and a half.

Hope this helps

Follow the link above. This is where you find the manuals for these units. I couldn't find the one that is specific for your unit but they do have a way you can contact them and also you might gain enough info from the ones they do have to figure yours out.

SOURCE: TOYO TA-09CHS aircon problem

TOYO mini split air conditioner made in Japan is very very good quality and it can runs for 20 years without any problem. You didn't hire a best ac technician to install your TOYO unit. The tubing connection between indoor unit and outdoor unit is not the right torque and refrigerant leak. Your TOYO unit runs out of refrigerant. You need fix the leak and fully charge the system. You will solve the problem.

SOURCE: The operation and timer lights on my Fujitsu split

I have same problem like yours to my newly installed Fujitsu multi-split system (the first time use since system installed 1 week ago). I rang the electrician who did the installation; he said it must be the units themselves nothing to do with electricity.

Okay, then I rang Fujitsu and their local service agent. They suggested me to switch off C/B for an hour to reset the units. I followed the instruction but the indoor units still did not respond to remote control...

It simply looks like no power supply to indoor units (they are hard-wired to the outdoor unit). So I used a multi-meter to test the power terminals of indoor units (Danger! If you have no idea about this, don't even try! ): it seemed no power supply even C/B is on. I turned to the isolator which next to the outdoor unit. The isolator was making arcing noise when I switched it on and off. The indoor units suddenly turned on for few minutes then died again.

So I figured out the problem is that crooked isolator. I called the unhappy electrician to replace the isolator. End story....

I hope my experience will help you a little bit.

I just installed a Wood 59018 timer, and when i try to turn it on manually, I hear the relay click on and then immediately off (the attached light turns on and off too). That's when the switch is set...

Timer is wired wrong and timer white and timer red wires are probably connected together.
Timer white wire has to be connected to white neutral wires that are twisted together and shoved to back of box. This will power the clock mechanism inside timer.
If box does not have white neutrals, then connect timer white wire to bare ground wire along with timer green wire.
Timer black wire connects to Hot wire.
Timer red wire connects to Load wire.

Washer fills then nothing

HI. The timer will be the culprit here. The cogs seem to be worn, thus, not allowing the sequential advancement of the selected cycle. These cogs make contact with the dial plate. The timer motor provides the forward motion to glide the plate across the contacts. The culprit is , indeed, the timer mechanism. Replace it, if possible.

Timer not ticking,not starting

Hi. This will be the result of a failed timer motor. This mechanism is the main initiator of the unit. The unit will not operate properly, in this state. Proper current will not be directed correctly, due to the failed timer motor. The motor provide the forward advancement of the dial plate across the cogs. This is vital to optimal dryer functions.

The timer module must be replaced. Once replaced, the unit will return to its normal operating status.

NOTE_ Your door switch is not the culprit. The timer has failed.

My Matag Skybox compressor will not turn on. I can here it clicking and trying to come on.

HI. This is a strong indication of starter/overload relay failure. This clicking noise is coming directly fromm the relay device. it is damaged. this relay is the main starter of the compressor unit. It receives a signal from the main PCB. Once the power signal is received, the relay will regulate the starting, and stopping of the compressor, via control board and thermostat assembly. The failed relay will need to be replaced, asap. Once replaced, the unit will operate correctly. The relay is mounted on the side of the compressor. Once the bracket, and terminal wires are removed, you can gently pull it away form the compressor, to check the contacts and connections for corrosion. If any of the contacts or terminal connections are worn, replace them. Worn contacts, or corroded connections will not allow for proper current flow.

NOTE_ I would advise to locate the clicking. Make sure its coming form the compressor/relay location. There are some units of this nature out there that are fixed(compressor and relay intergraion). If this is the case, simply replace the entire compressor unit. If the clickiong is coming from the main control board(PCB), the PCB, will be the culprit.

No heat/timer doesn't work

The timer is the main initiator of the element functions. If the timer is not operational, the unit will not operate at all. I recommend replacing the timer asap, if possible. This will correct the issue.

LG Electric Dryer DLE2515S - dryer timer is stuck on 6 minutes and continues drying until I manually switch off - sensor dryer does not appear to be working either.

OK, test the dryness sensor for its operational value. if the test confirms sensor function, you will need to replace the main PCB board in this case.

Now, if the sensor test reveals a faulty sensor device, simply replace the sensor. In most cases, this iwll be a fualty PCB main and, replacing it will usually fix this issue.

My rain tight intermatic outdoor timer no longer switches contact

the way the message reads the timer was working and then quit. most likely the contacts or clock motor has wore out. but by u sayiing u can't get power manually i would say the contacts or relay that switches the load is bad.

i would try to buy a timer that was the same and put the guts in the old box if its alot of trouble to change out.

one other thing u can check, is the timer getting its operating power from the circuit or is the something else controlling the timer. if there is something else controlling the timer, i would check that to see if i had power there.
