Question about Microsoft Computers & Internet
I am maybe misunderstanding you but if you are trying to use two different versions of MO on the same computer , this won' t work . If you are not , probably some files or keys of MO 2003 are still remaining in the registry , causing conflicts with MO 2007 .
To correctly and entirely delete a program , you should use a third party program such as the free version of RevoUninstaller from : http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html
Best regards ,

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
