It would be much cheaper and easier to purchase a USB wireless adapter from Best Buy\Fry's. They are easy to set up and you won't have to take your system apart.

Does the dell latitude PP01L have wireless internet


It probably has an old PCMCIA card for wireless but they don't work well with modern routers.

I would recommend getting one like the one in the link below. It's super small, very fast, extremely cheap $10, Installs right in a usb port, and if your operating system is windows XP or later it should even auto install the drivers for you.

How do i turn on my wifi on dell latitude?


Hi, you haven't said what operating system you have; but try going to control button after clicking the start button. In control panal select your wifi and configure from here. Hope this helps.

its really simple,u can call the dell technical support and ask them for the media kit for ur latitude and they'll provide u with a complete cd for all the drivers.

go here , select your OS, download (make cd or use usb flash drive )to your computer. save it to desktop and doubleclick on it. reboot computer.
