That number only connects to another number that is "not in service".

The number has been taken from their official website,so there should not be such a problem.

Printer gives mesasage of jammed paper and will not print

Hi Pedro,
This means the printing paper maybe stuck.
  • Turn the printer off and on.This sometimes clears jam automatically. In case it doesn't:-
  • You need to gently pull the paper out from the rear tray or from the output slot.
  • In case it tears, turn the printer off and open the printhead cover and remove the papers carefully not to touch anything inside.Close the cover.
  • Load printing papers again and press RESUME on the printer to print queued print jobs.

Hope this helps.Thanks!

Hi,
try removing the camera software that was presumably installed.
If not, can you try a System Restore? Sys Restore will restore your laptop to an earlier time. Try a restore date prior to the date the problem first occurred. (Sys Restore in WInXP is accessed thru Start/Accessories/System Tools- Restore dates that you can use will be in BOLD font on the calendar)
Cheers,

My Canon Pro9000 stopped printing anything on the paper. Goes through the motions of printing, but paper is blank. Just put in a new black cartridge, other cartridges have since run out in an effort to do...

Either pay $40 to $60 to have a qualified technician trouble-shoot the printer, or spend about the same amount to buy a new printer.

Or, if the printer is still under "warranty", then "exercise" the warranty.

The printer costantly "grabs" multiple sheets when trying to print a single page. the printer driver settings are ok with page size and media settings but it does it anyways!

This is to do with your rollers and feeders that take the paper from the tray or paper holder.

I personally recommend you take it either to a specialist or if it is still under warranty send it back to the manufacturer to fix this issue.

Hope this helps.

Canon pixma mp780 auto feed does not print

You probably need a new printhead, but that problem cann also be caused by the purge or cleaning station not working properly. If you do a cleaning cycle with no carts. and the little pads in the printhead come back with no ink on them then the purge is working and you need a new printhead.

Canon mp600r paper jams every time a second page is printed

Jo48,

You have a faulty sensor in your print mechinism. This could be the print mechinism itself or the sensor. Either way it wil require the unit to be stripped down and repaired by a qualified canon service tech due to the need to re align certian rollers and gears in the unit. Only a canon service tech can do this properly. Sorry dude, but them is the facts.

If the unit is under warranty, canon will repair it for nothing, however if it isn't, you might consider the difference between the cost of the repair and the cost of a replacement unit.
