Question about Amstron Gateway MT6220b Laptop AC Power Adapter (4.3A 75Watts) by Amstron (Generic) AC Adapter
Seems that something must have bent the connector inside the laptop itself. If you are knowledgeable enough you could see for yourself but I would take it to someone for an estimate to see if it's worth your time and trouble having it worked on at that level.

However if there is voltage on the pins then check the voltage on the battery terminal pins in the laptop. If absent then the motherboard is faulty.
you need to use a multimeter to check and track the path of the voltage/current to confirm the area of fault in the charging section.
