Make sure your screws are all in the anchor points. Also make sure you have the proper power supply for the motherboard. That all the power connectors are plugged in correctly. Also double check any and all connections to the motherboard. Especially the connector that your main power switch plugs into. Of course at this angle I couldn't tell you where it is... but it seems to be polarity dependent.
