the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Did you try connecting to another USB Port?

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Device Manager..
3. Delete ON USB all of it
4. Reboot

It should reinstall all USB devices.

God Bless You!

Dont know how to connect my lg dvd player to my old rca tv

on the back of the TV there should be a video input that has a yellow red and whit connector, on the back of your dvd player there should be a video out that has those same colors in the box there should be a cable that has those colors and all you do is plug the corresponding colors in the connectors and switch the tv to video mode and you are all set

Just bought a LG BD370 but it is playing DVD's in black and white. What may be the problem?

Try this is it may help to view DVD in Color

On the back of your DVD player you will find 3 cables one white, one yellow and one red these are also connected to the back of your TV. Keep one end connected to your DVD player and disconnect them from the back of your TV and reconnect them to the plugs on the front of your TV.

All The best

I have a LG home theatre system model HT963TA(HT963TA,SH93TA-S/CW) THE DVD PLAYER "BLACKS OUT " FOR SHORT PERIODS OF TIMES INTERMITANTLY.I TRIED CHANGING THE HDMI CONNECTION AND ALSO CHECKED THE DVD'S ON...

I have this problem too.If you set the DVD player resolution to 480p instead of 1080p it will not have the blackouts anymore. Of course this defeats the whole purpose of buying an "upscaling" DVD player. Just curious: what TV's are-you using?
