Does ink HP 56 work on a 1210 all in one printer? it doesn't seem to be wroking for me

Yes you can.
The 27 Black is lower in capacity then the 56 Black, but both are able to be used.

The ink cartridges for the 1200 Series can be either the high capacity HP 56 Black (C6656A) and HP 57 Tri-color (C6657A) or the low capacity HP 27 Black (C8727A) and HP 28 Tri-color (C8728A).

hello, are you sure its green, since this is a black in cart, only thing i can think of is machine not printing black , and the color ink cartridge is contaminated, this would be due to the docking area for the cartridge, on the left side of machine, there are 2 black rubber cups that the ink cartridges move over to seal. sometimes these cups have residual ink, which will contaminate the new inks. clean these black cups, and replace inks

In that case, you better consider to but a new Genuine Cartridge, because it seems that some portion of your Cartridge nozzle got damaged.

If you still want to carry on with this refilled cartridge then try to print with Best Quality option enabled

Start >> Control Panel >> Printers and Faxes >> Select your printer and Right click then select Printing Preference . Here you can change print quality

my printer has the error E14, which I can do?

I am running Vista Ultimate and have had no issues. Ultimate seems to include Drivers that work great; except I can no longer view estimated ink levels.

HP printers use cartridges that ARE the print head. On occasion, the cartridge could be defective...especially if they are the remanufactured type. Try replacing your cartridge with a new HP cartridge.

First off, I will try an uninstallation of the printer
Then reinstall all the drivers and software for the printer.
