Question about Jwin iLuv i301 Consumer Headphones

1 Answer

When I connect my earphones sennheiser to my ipod and play a song, the song sounds fuzzy and low , but if I twist it around , or move it around , when its still inside the ipod, I can get it back to normal, but If I make the slightest move, it goes fuzzy again. I suspect it something to do with the wire entry into the soldier, but I have no idea how to fix it! I tried my brothers one but it still has the same affects. Is it my ipod?

Afraid so. The fact that your brother's earphones do the same thing points directly to the ipod. It may be just a loose connection where the wires go in. Be brave, and undo the screws you can see, so that it pulls apart. Without touching anything else, have a look where your connection goes in. It may be just loose there, and you might be able to tighten it, If not, put it all back together again, and ask a repairman how much to fix it.

My ipod plays songs and i can hear the music but when i switch to radio there is no sound speakers do not work on radio..what is wrong????

Hi Fay
You need to clarify what you are saying....
Your iPod plays songs and you can hear music?
Where is sound coming from... Earphones?
How do you switch iPod to Radio....
Is there a cord connecting both together?
I would then suspect cord or connector type not matching up with radio input connector.
Connectors can be Sterio or Mono
Look at spacing on connector....

My ipod crackles and my hearing seems to be getting damaged

Id say you should go see a doctor. But for now id say that you should do your best to not listen to it for a while as it can affect hearing. try to use full on speakers if you can. On you tube there are a few Sub-Woofer sound tests you can do. Try playing one (low volume) and repeat. (not a song one)

But yeah go see a doctor. Perhaps some ear drops.

Earphones right side won't play...

I inserted a drill bit that fits the exact size of the aperture and twisted it around a few turns and it is working better.

I can't hear the songs in ipod

Green and orange?? Sounds like you need to restore your iPod.
Understand this: iTunes plays what is on the computer, NOT the iPod.

Ipod suffle

It won't play music while connected to computer, that's for sure. It only plays when it's disconnected from the wall charger and computer.

The songs could be in the wrong format
AAC is iTunes native format
Mp3 generally works
WMA is iffy - only unprotected (non-DRM) files will work
Streaming songs won't work

No sound

try a reset and a restore

if they dont work then there is probably a loose connection in the ipod and it needs to be repaired
