In theory, this can be done with a Pandora's battery, but if you are trying to put CFW on it, just stop. The PSP-3000 is designed very similarly to the PSP-2000 with the TA088V3 motherboard, meaning it CANNOT be hacked. Attempting to do so will have the same result as trying to hack a TA088V3 PSP-2000. It will result in a total, permanent, and irreversible brick. You're welcome; I just saved you $150+

Correction: My info is out of date. There IS a way to hack it, but you can't turn the PSP off afterwards.http://pspslimhacks.com/guide-to-chickhe...

Good day..can i downgrade my psp 3001 version 6.30?

Hi there, unfortunately it is not possible to hack or downgrade a PSP 3000 if it has firmware above 5.50 on it. There are currently no custom firmware files out there that will work if you have your PSP 3000 upgraded. Do not be fooled by false links to custom firmware above 5.50, they do not exist and will probably be a virus that you will end up downloading. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but until they write new custom firmware I am afraid you are stuck with your standard PSP. You could always sell it on ebay and buy a PSP 2000, you are able to use Pandora batteries on those which is much easier than the PSP 3000's. Google pandora battery and magic memory stick to find out more information.

Hope this heps

How can i downgrade my psp version 6.30 ofw to 5.50 gen-d3.without using any pandora battery

I am afraid this is not possible, if it is a PSP 1000 or 2000 you would need a pandora battery. However if it is a PSP 3000 upwards there is no way to downgrade the firmware at all. Anything above firmware 5.03 is not possible to downgrade on a PSP 3000.

Hope this helps

How can i downgrade or crack my PSP 3004 version 6.20?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Sony fixed all the firmware bugs that allowed the PSP 3000 to be hacked above firmware version 5.03. For now you are stuck with a standard PSP until someone finds a way to hack it again.

Hope this helps

Crack problem

You can only upgrade the firmware on the psp 3000, The 3000 at version 6.20 still hasn't had a hack to downgrade it.

Where to download free psp games?

Unfortunately, It's true. You can't get free games unless they're demos. I have searched for a way to get free games for a long time. It's not possible unless you are using a custom firmware, such as DarkAlex's custom firmware. That would require a Pandora battery and othe hacks. It may be possible to downgrade the firmware to and earlier version, but you would lose some of the new features Sony provides. You can find demo that are not on the PlayStation Network (PSN for short) on various websites. However, they are only demos.

Please need help to downgrade my psp-3000 to lower version for me to play games in memory stick.

if your firmware version is 5.03 or below it can be downgraded, if it,s above that it can not be downgraded as on now because the cracks available works only for version 5.03 or below. there are plenty of tutorials in the net if you want to downgrade your psp by yourself or you can bring it to a game shop which offer downgrade/upgrade or modification of psp.

Downgrade PSP from 3.80

It's impossible to downgrade your PSP from it's current version. I'm not quite sure why you'd want to downgrade, but maybe you should upgrade (If a version is available) again and see if you like that version better. ^-^
