Question about Panasonic LUMIX DMCZS7 DMCTZ10 Digital Camera

Open Question

I made some movies on my DMC-TZ10 in AVCHD Lite, but the PHOTOfunStudio5.1HD Edition does says that "no videos can be displayed". How do I get the thing to see the videos, please? I want to make a slideshow of these.

You didn't say what kind of computer you have. If it's a Mac, you won't be able to download any AVCHD movies. If it's a PC, you will need Photofunstudio. If you still have trouble downloading, try creating a folder on your desktop and then just drag and drop the videos into the folder. Once there, you can send them to photofunstudio. If you still have problems, consider shooting in Motion JPEG instead of AVCHD.

How to burn AVCHD Lite to DVD on Mac OS X?

AVCHD-Lite, which is a subset of the AVCHD format popularized by hard disk camcorders from Sony, Panasonic, and Canon, uses h.264 video coupled with AAC audio for recording movies. AVCHD Lite video is currently used by Panasonic DMC-ZS3, Panasonic DMC-FZ3, Sony, Cannon AVCHD Lite Camcorder, etc.
26b78f7afa860b1f_2_197_.jpg The main differences between AVCHD Lite and the regular AVCHD: a maximum resolution of 1280 x 720p in AVCHD Lite compared to 1920 x 1080p in regular AVCHD and a less-intensive compression method - both of which make the format more suitable for less powerful camera hardware.
What you need to burn AVCHD Lite to DVD on Mac OS X?
Neither of AVCHD and AVCHD Lite video is directly supported by iMovie or iDVD on Mac OS(10.6.3 Snow Leopard included) if you want to burn AVCHD Lite to DVD. There are 3rd-party solutions that work with varying degrees of success in allowing you to work with AVCHD Lite video on Mac, like Daniusoft DVD Creator for Mac . Step 3. Create DVD Menu (Optional) This Mac DVD Creator also allows you to create your own DVD menu with rich selections of DVD menu template. Simply click “Menu” button to select one and set the “Frame”, “Button” and “Text” to customize your DVD menu.
Step 4. Start to burn After all necessary settings, you need to insert a blank or rewritable disc to your Mac if you want to burn video files on DVD disc. Or you can simply convert the videos to DVD folder, .dvdmedia or ISO file on your Mac for later burning.

1. Are you trying to upload to a program that only works with photos? 2. Are the videos shot in AVCHD lite? Most programs can't open it. Only works with PHOTOfunSTUDIO on a PC computer....won't work at all on a Mac.

If you shot the movies in AVCHD lite, you can't play them on any Mac equipment. If you have Toast Titanium 10 installed, you can convert them to a playable format.

How can I down load my videos from my memory card in my DMC-TZ10 to my mac in iphoto

As long as you didn't shoot the video in AVCHDLite, you can use a card reader and download them to a folder you create on your desktop. From there, you can open them in iMovie. Macs can't open AVCHD Lite movies.

Did you shoot the movies in AVCHD Lite? Most computers, especially Macs can't use it. However, if you use Toast 10 Titanium, it will burn it to a DVD.

Are the videos in AVCHD Lite or Motion JPEG? Most computers can't handle AVCHD.....most of the time, you can only play them on an HD tv.
