Check if your phone is a java phone or not.Maybe it is a symbian phone or some other, because they require different file formats for the applications like sisx , .sis etc.

Hi,

Your phone is not support S60 and it only support S40. This is why the jad.* will unknown in your phone. Just use jar.* instead of jad.*. JAR files will working fine on your phone ( Nokia 5130 and other Xpress music).

No you have to send both jad and jar files in your mobile, and open the JAD, to get jads and jars free you can visit this site (Select you Phone Brand and Model first) and download the tested apps/games only.

Samsung j600 install problem

slide your mobile up.
then type in *#9998*4678255# it should say "Activated"
you have to put the game the JAD file and JAR file from your pc to ur mobile memory card in the other folder (other folder in memory card).
When you have put the game JAD file and JAR file on to your mobile then move them both from your memory card others folder to your mobile memory others folder.
Now go to the mobile memory others foder where the game JAD file is or sowftware should be and press the top left corner selction button. then press yes. the game or software should go straight to the java world folder.
REMEMBER you are installing the JAD file not JAR file when it is in yout mobile memory/ and make sure that the 2 files JAD and JAR allways get moved together.
i hope this helps you if you still need help email me to
elyas95@hotmail.com if i have helped you could you also send me a email. thanks
