Look on the website www.MK-electronic.de. Find the printer model and look at the various pictures until you find the one which matches your part. Beware of inconsistent parts usage by e.g. Samsung. My Samsung printer has a different paper pick up roller to what they specify as the correct part. However I can find it in the MK list of parts under a different part No and model.

The paper keeps jamming in our Samsung laser printer 660 nd. We bought heavier paper for a laser printer but it still jams.

The ideal paper is around 80 GSM (gm2) if you are having problems with a BRAND NEW REAM of standard copy paper then your printer will need service.

paper that is thicker/heavier than this can actually cause more jams and problems and show worn out rollers earlier

These printers only tend to jam at the entry (pickup) near the base of the printer or in the fuser unit (hot area near the top)

if you are getting jams in multi page documents, have a look at which area the most crumpled piece of paper is in before you try and remove it.

the pick up rollers and separation pads are relatively cheap but the fuser units can be a bit pricey.

Samsung CLP-300 printer not printing, the paper tray will not pick up the paper.

Often the rubber pickup roller is either worn or dirty. It is located just above the paper tray. Use a damp cloth and try to cleaning it, sometimes that helps. Otherwise you will need to replace the roller.

How do you get the Tray 1 pick up roller out of the Samsung laser printer model CLP660ND.? I need to replace it

This is the easy bit:
Turn the printer over so that you can get at the bottom. Remove the tray and the roller simply slides off.
Slide the new one on and you are sorted.
The only problem is that the Replace Pick-roller message will not go away! There MUST be a way of resetting it, but nobody who knows how to do it, is letting on how!

Samsung CLP-300 paper does not seem to be catching when printing?

Hi. Kelly,
I think the issue is the due to paper pick-up roller. When the rollers get dirty or worn-out, the printer fails to pick the paper, which results in paper jam etc.. So, remove the paper tray and toner cartridge and locate the paper pick up roller in the middle. Clean it with damp (with luke-warm water) and lint-free cloth. I hope this would fix the issue. If the Roller is damaged or worn out, it needs to be replaced.

Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Transport rollers need to be cleaned

The transport rollers in the Samsung CLP-300 can not be removed and are hard to even access. You can print several 20-30 pages through and let the paper clean it or If you can get into them, you can try cleaning the rollers with isopropal alcohol, but there are snap-locks that can break in the process of dismantling it and it's so hard to get into it the guts properly, that usually it really isn't really worth the effort. Samsung claims that the roller is useful for 50, 000 pages but I have printed less than 500 pages and had it just start leaving streaks.

My samsung clp 300 won't pick up the paper

I used to have the same problem.
Levelling the paper tray helped to solve it.
Make sure the printer + paper tray stands on an equal levelled surface (on which the tray doesn't hangs over the surface)
