Question about Toshiba REGZA 42 in. Flat-Panel LCD HDTV
I suspect that the switch has a fractured solder connection or that it went bad all together..The only real way to check the switch is to take the tv apart and check it with an volt ohm milliameter. If it feels like it is not clicking then most likely the switch is bad now. But if it feels like it is working correctly it is most likely a fractured solder connection and needs to be re-soldered, The only other variable would be that the connector is broken or that it just came unhooked.
