The problem is that your motherboard has crashed, the green light stands for power, so you have power, but since the motherboard aint working, it cant boot up windows.

Try Updating your System Bios from
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5S800-VM

Version 1023

Update Procedure:-

1. Copy the ROM file in a pen drive
2.connect the Pen drive to the usb port of your Motherboard
3. Restart your m/c and press Del Key and Enter Setup
4. Go to
ASUS EZ Flash and update the Bios.
