Question about Computers & Internet

Sounds like you're having troubles installing Kaspersky Antivirus (KAV). You will need to uninstall any existing security software before installing KAV. Restart the computer. I recommend downloading the latest version from http://www.kaspersky.com/kav_latest_versions. After downloading the installer, run the application. It will ask you for a product key to activate the software, so you will need to have/purchase that.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
