Question about Coby MP550 MP3 Player
Please check and make sure that the HOLD switch is in the corresponding position.
Then try to charge it via the USB cable connected to your computer for about half an hour and after press play.
If the problem persists connect it to the pc and format the drive that is named as removable disk.
Unfortunately in this case your media files will be disappeared after it.
I hope this can help you because if the battery of the device is good then you should make firmware recover or upgrade but no files are accessible on the coby website to do it up to now.
If none of these help you can carry it to service center.
