Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My backyard monster stuck in loggin in what should i do to play it again?

Try these:
1. Refresh you page one or better yet twice.
2. Update your browser. There are several documented issues surrounding Internet Explorer 8 (IE 8) or Internet Explorer 9 (IE 9) and Flash content. If you are using IE 8 or IE 9, I suggest that you try a new browser such as Safari 4, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome. I also recommend that you always make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser. These are the last versions of the different browsers that support Kixeye games:
* Google Chrome 8.0 * Mozilla 5.0 * Safari 4
3. Clear your cache
4. Verify that JavaScript is enabled
5. Close your other internet applications, especially any file-sharing applications or concurrent streaming video.
6. Disable pop-up blocking or ad blocking software.
7. Download the latest Flash player if you do not currently have it. Reboot your system. Adjust your Flash settings to give Flash permission to store information on your computer.
8. Lastly, you can contact a Kixeye rep if there might be a bug there. Post it. When posting Bug Reports please include: your userid (beneath the game), Operating System, Browser + Flash version.
Hope this helps.

this probably fall under the browser you're using... if you're using an old IE browser or browser that lack add ons... same thing could also fall under a slow internet connection...
i would recommend downloading google chrome as this browser works perfectly well with backyard monster...

I have an white screen in facebook games i try to delete cookies and cache but still the same what should i do?? backyard monsters is my games thanks for help

Its an Adobe Flash / Java issue. Update both, allow plugins and try it again.

Failing that use Firefox, Google Chrome, IE or another browser.

Cheers,

My Backyard Monsters stops loading at 90% How can I enter in Backyard Monsters?

Sounds like your Antivirus is blocking it. Three options:

1.) Shutdown your antivirus completely when you want to play the game (NOT RECOMMENDED). 2.) Check to see if your antivirus has a "gamer mode" and use it if it does. 3.) Add the domain/software to the "exception list" in your antivirus.

you could try getting the latest version of flash adobes site, you can try clearing mozilla cache (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How%20to%20clear%20the%20cache) and restarting the browser, you can try using google chrome as it handles flash playback better as it better handles resources (http://www.google.com/chrome/index.html?hl=en&brand=CHMA&utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-bk&utm_medium=ha)

Backyard monstures frezze at 51% ?

It seems that the connections has stop responding it maybe because of the internet connection or the game application itself has the problem. I had the same situation before what I did is to change my browser and it works I hope it will work for you too. If your using Mozilla try Google chrome or if it Google chrome try Mozilla browser.
