Hi i use a sharp EL-531WH, an d im struggling to use a STO function, please help, i want to keep a certain number in the memory for reuse.. thanx

You have one key RCL /STO, and a few memory locations A, B, C,D, M
To store a number in memory location A
Type in the number, press STO and press ALPHA A (It is possible you do not have to press ALPHA key)
To recall from memory A, press RCL A

Manual el 520x sharp
To store use the STO button. You can store a number in the memory registers A, B,C,D, and maybe E and F if you have the last two. Also in X, Y, and M.
Example: To store 15 in A
15 STO A[=/EXE]
To recall from a memory location use the RCL button
RCL A displays 15

Sharp EL-531WH shows ERROR 2 if I input any number over 69 as a factorial
The calculator can only handle numbers less than 10^100 in magnitude. 70 factorial is about 1.2*10^100, which exceeds this limit and hence the error.

Where is shift log feature in sharp EL-531 W calculator
Hello,
The [2ndF] key allows access to other functions. I do not have the calculator under my nose, but I suspect under the [2ndF][LOG] you access the 10 to the power x function [10^x] or [10 to the x].

Sharp EL531WH Calculator
I had the same problem... all you have to do is reset the calculator:

Type:
2ndF
ALPHA
It'll give you a choice Mem (0) or Reset (1)... press 1
Then it'll say Reset? (0)... press 0

And your calculator should be as good as new!
