Do you have pc suite installed on your pc?if yes then make sure when you connect yor phone to the pc you select the pc suite option on your phone, and accept all notifications that you will read on your phone...NOTE if you select mass storage, image transfer or media transfer, you will not be able to use the internet feature.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: fail to connect with internet

Pls check the internet settings you receive from other service providers . Sometimes it happens that service providers dont have requested settings for the phone. First check if your service providers are supporting internet settings for your phone.

Dns error

Try rebooting your router, there should be a button on the back...hold it down for 3 seconds the wait 5 seconds then turn i back on. Wait a couple of seconds before trying to connect again. If this doesn't work you might want to check what type of router you have and see if it allows other portable devices cuz some don't.
