Question about Sony TA-N9000ES 5-Channel Amplifier
It's just a big amp with no controls you would change during normal operation. There's no remote. You don't name any source or if you even HAVE one attached. THAT would be a good place to look for missing sound. Register and download the manual for free audio.manualsonline.com
Set the BTL/Normal switch on the back to Normal. In fact, any switch or knob with BTL, set it to whatever choice is NOT BTL.
