Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Normally this Error Message Code is associated with Low/No Ink.
Try printing from the Scanner and, if it is a Low/No Ink problem, this will show up on your PC/Laptop as a Low/No Ink Message.
Solution - Try replacing the Ink Cartridge. This should normally fix this sort of problem. If it doesn't, then something more sinister might be behind the message. If this is the case, then Canon will have a fix for you.
