This like your phone has short circuit caused by water
open your phone then dry it using hairdryer
do not use your phone for 1 days with battery disconnected
after full one day try to turn on your phone then try to use it

How many litters of oil used in howard rotar hoe

That would be 'litres' not 'litters'. Litters refers to baby cats, dogs, etc. When the mother dog has puppies, it is called a Litter of puppies. Cats - same thing. litter of kittens. A 'litre" or Liter is a Basic unit of volume in the metric system.
1 litre = 4.4 cups of water, for example.

Screen will light up if power is pressed, but screen unresponsive to touch tap or swipe after that

Zounds like screen. Connectiion is broke. Try turning the phone off, then hold power and volume down, down. It should bring up a menue. Don't Chang anything yet. As it loads up menus, look for screen to see if it loaded screen.
If it does have an error, the phone might be trash, but you can still get your docs off it if you order some cables and a thumbdrive.
Go on eBay and order a mini USB to a standard USB. You can then move files to a computer. With additional parts you can also use a mouse to navigate your phone

My son's 2nd generation ipod touch received water damage and now the touch screen does not work....how can I fix this..need it fixed for antother child

Hi tonyacompton..

If you ever find that you have to deal with a wet device, don't just abandon it.
Instead, try the following method to repair the water damage:
DO NOT TURN IT ON!
Take it apart as much as you can. Take out the battery, the memory card and whatever else can be easily disassembled. (Just make sure you can put it back together.)
Store the parts in an air-tight container covered with either dry rice, silica gel packets or kitty litter. These will absorb the moisture from your electronics device, leaving it water-free.
If no rice, gel packets or kitty litter are available, try using a vacuum to **** the water out.
DO NOT blow-dry the parts, it will only force the water farther in and cause more damage.

Pull the battery and put it back. Best bet is if you're within buyers remorse period get it replaced if your device was purchased new you should have 1 year manufacturer warranty that will cover frozen screen as long as no water damage or noticeable physical damage.
