First take the battery out, submerge your phone in a box of rice for atleast a day, the longer the better, it works great

yes, give it a shot, the longer you leave it the better, some heat may help a tiny bit but be careful. I got a bunch of oil in mine from my jet ski compartment and after about a week of using it and putting it in rice as often as possible it restored my phone to about 90% and where verizon couldn't even tell it got wet at all.

Take battery out of phone and let set overnight in a dry area such as oven. I have turned oven on to warm and then turned oven off and let phone set in there overnight with battery out of phone and back off of phone and then replaced battery and restarted phone and it did work again. Rich

If you ever find that you have to deal with a wet device, don't just abandon it.
Instead, try the following method to repair the water damage:
DO NOT TURN IT ON!
Take it apart as much as you can. Take out the battery, the memory card and whatever else can be easily disassembled. (Just make sure you can put it back together.)
Store the parts in an air-tight container covered with either dry rice, silica gel packets or kitty litter. These will absorb the moisture from your electronics device, leaving it water-free.
If no rice, gel packets or kitty litter are available, try using a vacuum to **** the water out.
DO NOT blow-dry the parts, it will only force the water farther in and cause more damage.

My d900i fall in water, after draying it vibrates when insert the battery

When you say you have dried it you must do more than just dry the outside. I hope you managed to dry it quickly. What you need to do is put it in something that will take out all the moisture. I have put mine in a plastic tub with some CLEAN cat litter, it takes out the moisture very well. I have done it twice and it worked the first time but not on the second. Good luck but no guarantees.

You may still have water in tight places due to water surface tension (such as touch screen). Open all the access doors, take out the SIM card, and anything else that is removable and put all parts in a ziplock bag. Get some dessicant bags (from old shoe boxes), cardboard pieces, saltine crackers and put them in the ziplock bag also and put on top of your microwave oven or in the window where it gets direct sunlight. Leave it there until moisture gets on the bag then disappears (3-5days) These items will help draw out all the moisture better than air drying. I have done this many times on cell phones, gameboys, etc. and it works everytime.

I dropt my LG VX8300 in water....

Not a lot you can do for this problem, you could try taking all the removal bits off the phone, and drying them with a hair dryer on
low heat.
The chances are something will be fused in the phone.
AC/DC power and water don't go together.
