Are the speakers correctly connected and assigned, particularly the Center? Perhaps it's blown or damaged. Swap another speaker into that slot (Page 16) and the center into another connector as a temporary test to prove if the speaker itself is/is not the problem.

Wehen I turn the volume up my subs destort and it seems like my subs are bogging down..I have 2 kicker comp 12 vrs

if they are 4 ohm dual voice coil wire them to 1ohm and bump do not turn gain all the way you will fry the amp and if you really want to make them kick . write each 1 to 2 ohms and get another amp they are not getting enough wattage for the volume you are trying to run them at and could be the way you have it tuned .

try media player homecinema classic or the latest DIVX player, download the latest codecs, if this doesn't work uninstall ALL of your media players, do a registry clean, reboot the pc, install the codecs and last of all the media players i mentioned above, that worked for me

Distortion

Its because the head is worn out and you need a replacement of it. Clean the audio head and sound will be fine. Usually a good clean of both the heads will resolve the issue.
